As a financial services company we need robust infrastructure, especially IT. We set out to find an IT services company and after a reasonably wide search chose to work with Bharat and his team at Simultech.
We chose Simultech because of their approach, flexibility and the fact that their IT support could be customised to our business and which could evolve as we do.
As GDPR loomed we worked extensively with Simultech on policies that are consistent with our needs. Bharat and his team have implemented Microsoft Office 365, using Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive and other apps to drive collaboration and deliver significant performance improvement and security.

The Blackbox Group was faced with the daunting task of separating the three businesses’ IT infrastructure. This would be no small feat.
The aim would be to separate the business units and streamline the desktop experience with correct software and correct security policies to protect the business in the cloud and locally.
We asked Simultech help us with this project and Bharat and his team immediately went to work surveying the current set-up and formulating a plan to move the group forward. Simultech have installed remote monitoring management tools to deliver a proactive IT support and complete daily checks to ensure there are no security risks and the environments are running at their optimal.

Bharat was promoting cyber security and risks associated with not having your system secured at a networking event.
As we handle personal data when working on projects, having secure system is critical for us.
Therefore, we accepted Bharat’s offer for a free Microsoft 365 security audit.
During the meeting with Bharat and his team members, me and our IT person went through all the security set ups. They pointed us to the areas which need our immediate attention or should be considered in future.
Our IT Person does not have much experience in the cyber security field, so it was extremely helpful for both of us to look at the report. Bharat sent us a copy of the report to review and to implement changes.
I found it extremely helpful and professional that although we already have someone who deals with our network and Microsoft account, Bharat and his team had no problem to provide the report and share their knowledge and expertise.

Bharat cleaned (literally too) my laptop of viruses, ensured I knew how to backup and store my files in the Microsoft onedrive, walking me through it, by logging onto my laptop remotely – prior to me handing it over.
He also ensured Windows 10 was placed on my laptop, and turned it around for the next morning – so only just over 24 hours later I was able to work again.
He also gave me a one to one to show me the changes, and explained regular good practice, to try and keep my laptop secure and safe in future. He explained things in a simple way, and by getting me to undertake the copy, saved us both time, and made sure I was used to the process.
He also tidied up the look and feel of my laptop, with the items/apps I need easily to hand. He amazingly also saved my rotating screen saver.
He made sure I felt comfortable with the changes. He is a real professional and I would recommend him and his company to others. I still can’t believe how quickly he turned it all around, as my files were still copying over late into the evening, and he therefore worked late to ensure I got my laptop back as quickly as possible – when realistically it could have taken another day.
He delivers as promised – and more! This is my IT company for life!
